After the first tanning step, the skins are again controlled and selected according to the thickness. The thickness is calibrated on each skin, not even a point is left to chance. This phase is very delicate and critical to achieve high resistance to tearing.
Our skins are retanned and dyed according to the color desired by the customer using the most advanced and certificated products available. From this moment begins the process that will lead to the extraordinary technical characteristics that set them apart and make them unique.
The final surface of our skin is carefully polished by skilled hands. The final result is a very compact fiber, which keeps its aesthetic characteristics even after many steps at your feet.
Every single leather goes under the watchful eyes of our professionals, who assess the aesthetic quality and eliminate any imperfection manually.
Each skin is measured and stamped with the Perwanger® logo on the backside to guarantee the originality of the product. Subsequently, leathers are packed according to the customer's needs and prepared for shipment anywhere in the world.
Our engineers are constantly developing new colors, starting from customer requirements or updating existing palette based on the current color trends.
Each required color is developed by applying a careful study that follows it during all stages of processing.
